Project overview:

Patio, connecting walkway, dining area, outdoor kitchen with grill, power burner, storage, refrigerator, trash receptacle, counter seating for six.

What client wanted the space to accomplish:

Existing concrete patio was too small and unworkable for desired entertaining. Having just purchased the house, client wanted a space designed for their lifestyle needs.

Innovative ideas/concepts Earth, Turf, & Wood brought to the table:

The property borders a golf course and boasts beautiful views. The placement of the outdoor kitchen was strategic to give full view of golf course from any seating location.

Materials were specifically chosen to work with and integrate into the design of the existing house to create a seamless look.

Notable design/construction challenges:

Repaired severe drainage problem. Added new steps to house to work with existing grade. Adjusted grade around screened porch to allow for future expansion of project.

Saved costs by integrating man made pavers with natural flagstone to create an upscale look that fit into budget requirements.
