Project overview:

Multi-level patio, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace

What client wanted the space to accomplish:

Existing deck was too small to properly entertain. Desired a larger entertainment area that provided separate spaces but flowed together smoothly.

Innovative ideas/concepts Earth, Turf, & Wood brought to the table:

Designed a space which accommodated all desired spaces but still flowed and worked in a unified manner.

Saved costs by incorporating local stone and boulders to build rubble wall and natural stone steps.

Notable design/construction challenges:

Design had to work within challenging grade issues.

There were very specific impervious surface restrictions. Combined flagstone and gravel in a creative way to meet drainage and water circulation requirements.
